R-ATP Certificate Information
Information regarding graduates looking to obtain Restricted ATP certificate:
When getting close to your RATP minimums (1,000 hours total time, etc.), you will need your certifying statement of eligibility to be hired by a 121 air carrier.
If you graduated prior to Spring 2025:
The Professional Pilot concentration coordinator will make your certifying statement once you provide your MTSU M# and FAA pilot certificate # via email. The concentration coordinator will send you a PDF of the document and then we can mail you the paper copy (if you need it).

If you graduated (or will graduate) in Spring 2025 or later:
Your certifying statement is on your MTSU transcript. To get paper or electronic copies, log into Pipeline and go to “Registration and Student Records”. You can then go to “Records” – Transcript – Order official. It only costs a few dollars, and you can have delivered in paper or electronically.
