Pathway Programs

Pathway Programs connect students directly with airline partners to help launch their professional flying careers. These programs provide opportunities to build relationships with airlines early, learn about company culture, and receive mentorship and career guidance throughout flight training and academic studies.

While each pathway has unique requirements and benefits, many offer students conditional job offers, guaranteed interviews, or priority consideration with regional and major airlines. By participating in a pathway program, Aerospace students gain a clear, structured route from the classroom to the airline industry.

In most cases, participants must be enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace with a Professional Pilot concentration from the Department of Aerospace.
